Our Guest Accommodation
The Hutcheson family has been welcoming guests for nearly three decades. Built in 2000, Daviot Lodge is no ordinary home. With high ceilings and spacious rooms, it is a comfortable, modern and welcoming place to rest during your stay in the Highlands.

You'll sleep soundly in our comfortable beds in our quiet rural setting. With a delicious breakfast to start your morning, a stay at Daviot Lodge ensures you are set to make the most of your visit to the area.
We have seven en-suite rooms, each named after local rivers. There are 4 double rooms, 1 Master room, 1 twin rooms and 1 single room. All rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, TV and DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. All our rooms have a lovely view of the countryside.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10.
Please note that Daviot Lodge is a non-smoking establishment. Guests who wish to smoke must do so beyond the garden area.
Wheelchair Accessible Room
The 'Findhorn' is a very spacious twin bedroom. Situated on the ground floor with ramp access, it's ideal for wheelchair users or guests with mobility concerns. We have put thoughtful design to work to ensure your comfort. There is a wheel-in double-size shower, and all switches and appliances are at an appropriate height. Further, all public rooms at Daviot Lodge have door widths suitable for wheelchair access.

Our B&B accommodation has been awarded Disability Category 1 accessibility status by Visit Scotland.
